    Overstock = Perfect packaging, no flaws, can be factory sealed.

    Open Box = Not Sealed, like new with all accessories included

    Gently Used/Missing pieces = open box with product flaws, may have been tried once, may have light scratches. These items are FINAL SALE.

    Please ensure when checking out to have correct spelling in email addresses as this is the only way to contact you. If you don't receive a confirmation email right after your order is placed, check spam folders then contact us as soon as possible!

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm.

    All orders require a signature at pickup

    ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 14
    BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE CANCELED AND CHARGED A 15% RESTOCK FEE.

We ask that customers avoid purchasing items with the intent to return often or before picking up. We often have very limited stock and would like all customers to have as equal of an opportunity as possible.

Bulk purchases for resale are frowned upon.  If customer purchases large amounts of product AND request a large amount of returns, we reserve the right to refuse future online sales.  Our employees are working hard to keep the online store full for all customers to have the opportunity to take advantage of awesome deals, and heavy amounts of returns defeats the entire purpose of our mission.
