Return Policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- A printed order receipt is required to process all returns.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If unavailable, an online store credit will be provided.
- No cash refunds.
Item Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as listed online.
- Items must include original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked “As Is”
- CDs
- Swimwear
- Undergarments
- Food
- Health & beauty items
Clearance Policy:
- Items purchased at 50% off or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Pickup Policy:
- Orders must be picked up within 14 business days of the order date.
- Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be canceled and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If additional hold time is requested, a $5 per day, per order storage fee will apply.
Price Adjustments:
- Price adjustments are at the discretion of Discount 70 Online staff.
- Customers are responsible for verifying pricing in the final checkout cart (not the pre-cart total), including sale pricing.
- All sales end at 11:59 PM. Orders must be fully completed by that time to receive sale pricing.
- After 11:59 PM, pricing resets and no adjustments can be made.
- Requests made outside the 14-day return window will not be honored.
